Dementia Care
Our Dementia care packages are particularly geared towards managing the risks associated with dementia – We provide mutually agreed and expected extra personalised care creating 'Dementia-Proof' environments and be vigilant around wandering (a common behaviour shown by people living with dementia). Operationally, our dementia care team actively works helping care recipients with taking medication correctly and ensuring diet plans are followed and ultimately encouraging and implementing the care plan.
Respite care
We provide Respite Care packages for a desired set amount of time, while the regular care givers takes time to rest from their regular care duties.
Overnight Care
Our overnight carers are there to support care recipients giving their loved ones to get a good night's sleep when they would otherwise be worried about the welfare of care recipients . An overnight carer will be there assisting care recipients with getting ready for bed, monitoring at points throughout the night and assistance with personal care and medication.
